Community office hours
Second Thursday of every month, 5:30–7:30pm. Locations rotate between Bachman Lake, Lemmon Avenue, and Northwest Dallas branch libraries.
Accessibility
Every channel is open to every traveler and neighbor.
Translation services are available in 200+ languages on the hotline. The Information Center is ADA-accessible and offers TTY/TDD relay. If you need a different format or accommodation, just ask — we'll make it work.
